Important Membership Plan Information

All membership plans at Smile Solutions are determined by your individual oral health needs, not by patient selection alone. The type of cleaning and plan recommended is based on a comprehensive evaluation of your gum health, bone levels, X-rays, and periodontal (gum) probing measurements.

Because each patient’s oral health is different, plan placement is determined by the doctor and clinical team following your exam. Patients cannot self-select a wellness or periodontal (perio) plan, as the appropriate level of care depends on the current condition of the gums and supporting bone.

This ensures you receive the proper type of cleaning and preventive care needed to maintain or improve your oral health — not more and not less.
